Returns :
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Not a part of final sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective).
Non-returnable items:
- Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories.
- Customized or made-to-order items.

Refunds :
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges :
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective products
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any damaged item issues. We’ll arrange a quick replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations :
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
